Have You Been Turned Down

Most Social Security Claimants are denied their benefits the first time they apply. Don’t give up. Most people who appeal the initial denial win their case before an Administrative Law Judge. If your claim has been denied, you must file an appeal within 60 days of your receipt of the denial or you will lose the right to appeal that case.

If you have a question about an appeal after you have been denied, please call immediately. I charge you nothing for this call, and I can certainly help with an appeal.
